Note:
Vice with 5 spindles for mounting on machine tables with T-slots. The clamping system allows machining of 5 sides without interfering edges, with a clamping depth of only 8 mm. With this clamping system, clamping distances between 22–236 mm are possible, which can be extended as desired by means of the extension shafts K0947. By mounting a tension spindle directly below the support base for workpieces, a tensile force of up to 42 kN is exerted on the workpiece, which is not lost due to bending. The use of clamping pins with a 4 mm tip ensures form-fit clamping without prior stamping.
For fastening the toggle clamp to slotted tables, the clamping set K0951. is recommended
Included in the clamping set for each (1) axis: extensions L = 60 mm and L = 120 mm.
