Note:
Two-part anti-vibration mounts are used to create a stable connection or effective decoupling of machines or systems from neighbouring components.
Due to the material composition, rubber buffers cause paint transfer through contact, which can cause abrasion marks and discolouration, for example on floors or contact surfaces.
Rubber buffers made of EPDM in light grey can be ordered on request.

Dimension H is the height of the anti-vibration support when installed.

Yellow dot = Shore hardness 35.
Red dot = Shore hardness 45.
Green dot = Shore hardness 55.
Blue dot = Shore hardness 65.
White dot = Shore hardness 75.
Application:
The lower part of the anti-vibration mount (P2) is pressed into the hole (D3) of the plate (P3). The plate P3 is, in most cases, the base plate on which the machine or equipment is mounted. The upper part of the anti-vibration mount (P1) is then fixed to the lower part (P2). In the final step, the anti-vibration mount and the base plate are screwed to the floor or to another component using the appropriate screw. To protect the neoprene from the screw, it is recommended to place a washer between the upper part (P1) and the screw. Washer K1150.12 is recommended for anti-vibration supports with D = 31,8 mm and washer K1150.18 is recommended for anti-vibration supports with D = 47,5 mm. The anti-vibration mount can be screwed on both vertically and horizontally. However, the different load data must be observed.

Attention:
- The temperature range must not be exceeded, otherwise full function cannot be guaranteed.
- Not resistant to aggressive cleaning agents, petrol and oils.
- Avoid contact with sharp objects to prevent damage to the neoprene.
- Height H must be observed during installation to prevent failure of the anti-vibration support.
Observe:
The specified height of the base plate/side plate used (H2/H3) must be observed in order to optimise the use of the anti-vibration supports.
