Base plate SolidBolt Maxx 250X250, Style C steel

Thanks to the interaction between the zero-point mounting and the zero-point pin, the SOLIDBolt can be used to equip large coordinate tables, especially at a fraction of the original cost. This means that coordinate tables or base plates are fitted with zero-point pins rather than zero-point mechanics throughout. Zero-point technology is used selectively, only at the necessary points. This saves money, especially on tables with more than one multiple clamping point.

Note:
PRODUCT INSTRUCTIONS FOR TURNING: max. 800 rpm, under the following conditions:
- All pins on each extension must always be in use.
- Machining radius/clamping device radius at most 120% of the outer radius of the zero-point screw.
- 1 or at least 3 extensions must be in use.
- The symmetrical circular pattern in the arrangement of the extensions is mandatory.
- If the clamping device used on the SOLIDBolt MAXX permits a speed lower than 800 rpm, the speed specified by the clamping device will be used as the maximum speed.

The following items are excluded from the speed of 800 rpm:
- K3060.12596100, K3060.12596150
These two zero-point plates have a maximum rotation of only 400 1/min.
