Note:
The combination of two bearing flanges with the aluminium profile D50 type I, tube (K2057) forms a conveyor roller (load roller). Bearing flanges are simply pressed into the aluminium profile tube. They can be used for a variety of transport tasks.
Bearing flanges have ball bearings and a spring-actuated fixing pin, allowing the rollers to be retrofitted into an existing construction.
By mounting several rollers in sequence, a roller conveyor is obtained.
The axial bearing of the castor is secured with the fixing part that is fitted onto the hexagon. Bearing flanges are equipped with a circumferential V-groove. This also makes it possible to drive the unit via a round belt of Ø 4 mm.
Supplied as a set (2 pieces).
