Bowden cable distributor fixing hole concealed thread, TA.4, S=24, Graphite polyamide RAL7021
Estimated delivery: On request
The distributor allows three Bowden cables to be joined. For example, two indexing plungers can be operated with a single actuating element. Thanks to the reversible application option, a pin can also be operated by two actuating elements. Simply pull one of the two actuating elements to engage the indexing plunger.
Flexible mounting through two fixing holes for countersunk head screws. Due to the width of the housing and the position of the mounting holes, installation on an aluminium profile of 40 mm with sliding nuts M8 can be carried out without any problem.
Material:
Thermoplastic housing and slide.
Brass adjusting screws and threaded terminal.
Hexagon nuts and screws for stainless steel housings.
Order example:

Ordering note:
Indexing plungers with remote control and the actuating element must be ordered separately.
The Bowden cable installed between the actuating element and the cable distributor must be ordered separately.
Note:
The following points must be observed when assembling Bowden cables:
The length of the free end of the cable may vary due to factors such as the mounting angle, bending radius and load. In this way, the length of the counter-bearing (cable sheath) must be adjusted after installing the Bowden cable, by means of the adjusting screw included. The preload of the Bowden cable system is adjusted simultaneously with the adjusting screw.
During assembly, particular care must be taken to ensure that the minimum bending radius, in this case R = 65 mm, is not undercut. A radius that is too narrow can lead to increased wear and friction.
Also avoid falling below the minimum bending radius, even briefly, during assembly; otherwise the cable sheath will be damaged. In addition, the casing is designed only to absorb compressive forces. If it is displaced too far, the inner spiral is stretched and permanently damaged.
Mounting:
Open the housing and mount the lower part in the determined position using countersunk head screws. Pass the Bowden cables through the adjusting screws and hook them onto the sliding carriage of the cable distributor. The threaded terminals optionally supplied for this purpose can be used here. Adjust the clearance of the Bowden cable with the adjusting screws. Fit the housing cover and secure it with the screws supplied. After the cables have been laid and secured, make the final adjustment of the Bowden cable play.
Scope of delivery:
Distributor housing, slide.
3x Adjusting screws M6 x 34 mm.
6x Hexagon nuts M6.
2x Threaded ends Ø5 x 7 mm.
