Zinc-plated screw nipple.
Order example:
K1646.11X110500
Note:
Bowden cables are intended for the transmission of tensile force and are used as remote actuation in combination with shell latches with release devices. The Bowden cable is available in different length variants. To ensure a precise fit in the respective application, the Bowden cable can be shortened during mounting.
The following points must be observed when assembling the Bowden cables:
The length of the free end of the cable may vary due to factors such as the mounting angle, bending radius and load.
During assembly, particular care must be taken to ensure that the minimum bending radius, in this case R = 65 mm, is not undercut. A radius that is too
narrow can lead to increased wear and friction. A short-term deviation from the minimum bending radius must also be avoided during
installation, otherwise the cable sheath will be damaged. In addition, the sheath is designed only to absorb compressive forces. If
moved too far, the inner coil is overstretched and permanently damaged.
Tensile strength: max. 1000 N
Scope of delivery:
Cable with nipple, sheathing, bush and threaded nipple.
Accessories:
Release device K1481 or push latches K1851.
