The patented clamping system allows two components to be positioned tool-free by positive locking and then clamped together by force-locking. The clamping range and the holding force are adjustable.
Material:
Cast aluminium lever handle EN AC-46200.
Pressure washer made of plastic PA 66 GF 35-X, glass-fibre reinforced.

Note:
The holding force can be adjusted individually on the tie rod using a screwdriver. As a pre-adjustment, it is recommended that the cam lever is in the vertical position when the clamping mandrel is above the hole.
The function of the clamping system has been tested in bores with tolerance H7.

Advantages:
Two components can be added without tools. The components are ideally centred in the fixed state. Due to its compact design, the mandrel with cam lever can also be inserted into blind holes. The holes do not have to meet specific dimensional requirements. The surface and the shape do not
must have specific characteristics.
Operating principle:
The clamping system is inserted into the bore in the open state. To activate the locking mechanism, the mandrel expands, clamping in the lower component. The integrated disc spring set generates a holding force that additionally secures the two components at the end of the closing process.
