Plates with 4 fixed jaws are particularly suitable for central clamping
of parts on drilling and milling machines. Thanks to the arrangement of the jaws in the versions
hard and soft, parts of different sizes and shapes can be easily clamped by the
inner or outer side.

Observe the numbering when fitting the jaws.
The jaws are precision ground. The tolerances W, X, Y, Z between each other are within the dimension of 0,05 mm.
The repeatability value for centric clamping with hard jaws is 0,02 mm.
The movable base jaws are actuated via the rotating ring located in the plate.
Thanks to the rotary movement of the threaded spindle, the large crown gear transmits the force to the base jaws, producing a synchronous movement inwards or outwards.
Lack of lubrication causes excessive wear and a reduction in clamping force. Note the regular lubrication intervals.
