Application:
The eccentric clamp is used to clamp components on plates and workpieces.
The eccentric allows detachable connections of the components.
Thanks to the clamping elements, a precise mounting position of the parts can be achieved.
Advantages:
In many cases, high costs can be saved by dispensing with a cross bore for the clamping screws.
The locating bore for the eccentric is produced economically in the same machine setup as the locating bore or slot for the component to be connected.
Operating principle:
Insert the component to be clamped and the cam into the base part. The dot marking on the cam points in the direction of the component to be clamped.
The eccentric is tightened with the Allen key in the direction of the arrow mark.
The component can be released again by turning the eccentric in the opposite direction.
