Note:
The contour of the workpiece to be clamped is inserted into the collet.

A preload of 15° is required when machining the workpiece contours in the clamping fixture.

The engraved degree scale always makes it possible to obtain the same tightening torque, even without a torque wrench, for secure clamping of the workpiece.

The clamping stroke of the clamping collet K2077.01910 in the radial direction is 0,025 mm per 15° of rotation. The recommended clamping stroke is 0,07 mm. The maximum permissible clamping stroke is 0,38 mm.
The clamping stroke of the clamping collet K2077.04950 in the radial direction is 0,05 mm per 15° of rotation. The recommended clamping stroke is 0,1 mm. The maximum permissible clamping stroke is 0,64 mm.

The locating collar allows a precise fit.

Part repeatability: ± 0,02 mm.
Operating mode:
The nut is tightened using a hook spanner.
