The clamping levers can be used for the hydraulic rotary lever clamps K1856 as well as for the pneumatic rotary lever clamps K1870. Clamping levers can be selected from "standard" clamping levers and "raw part" clamping levers. The "standard" clamping levers are finished and ready for immediate use. The "raw part" clamping levers can still be machined individually. To facilitate machining, the blanks are made of unhardened steel. After the individual contour has been applied, the clamping levers must be case-hardened and hardened before use to prevent deformation of the clamping levers during use.

Note:
By positioning the rotary lever clamp correctly, the tolerances of the parts can be optimally compensated for despite the short clamping lever.
Tensioning elements must be checked regularly for dirt and cleaned if necessary.
The effective clamping force must be calculated individually for each clamping lever.
The optimised position of the clamping lever is 90°.
The following hardness depths must be met before using "unmachined" clamping levers: hardness depth 0,3 + 0,2; hardness HRC 50 +/- 2.

Mounting:
The clamping lever is engaged on the piston of the rotary lever clamp and secured by the guide pin. This secures the clamping lever in the axial direction and prevents it from turning.
