Clamping lever ideal for the hygiene sector. The completely closed grip and the rod seal prevent contamination inside the lever. In addition, the screw seat is designed with a tapered collar, so that the connection can be sealed hygienically with the Hygienic USIT® sealing ring and washer.
Due to the extremely low surface roughness depth, i.e. far below Ra 0,8 μm, dirt particles hardly adhere to the screw. The highly polished surface ensures easy cleaning.
The lever can be turned freely when at rest. Accidental opening of the lever is not possible. When mounted on vibrating components, the gear is protected against increased wear.
