Note:
Due to its lateral clamping, this mandrel is mainly suitable for finish machining of turned and milled parts with blind holes. By means of turning and milling processes, the diameter D can be adapted to the diameter of the workpiece to be clamped.
Clamping is done manually with an Allen key.
* D min. = the smallest permissible diameter to which “D” can be turned or milled.
Mounting:
Open the mandrel approx. 0,1 mm (clamping stroke) above the diameter in the rest state. The mandrel can then be machined or milled to the inside diameter of the workpiece.
A locking ring for machining is included in the scope of delivery.
If necessary, the flange can be centred in a plain bore or with fitting pins.
Form A is supplied with 6 fixing screws.
