Compact swing clamps are designed for clamping fixtures in which the clamping points must be free when inserting or removing. In addition, they are suitable for restricted installation conditions. Compact swing clamps work as single- or double-acting pull cylinders. Three housing types are available, as well as different drive types for the compact swing clamps. The clamping movement is initiated by a rotary movement combined with a superimposed lifting movement. The actual clamping stroke takes place in a linear movement. A variety of options is available with a swivel angle to the left or right of 90°.

Note:
If the permissible volumetric flow rate is exceeded on the swing clamp, a throttle check valve must be installed in series.
The permissible operating pressure of the swing clamps depends on the length of the clamping arm.
When mounting the clamping arms, they must be held in place to avoid damaging the linear ball guides of the swing clamps.
Depending on the ventilation connection, the sintered filter of the single-acting swing clamps must be replaced with a threaded plug.
The clamping arm for the compact swing clamp is included in the scope of delivery.
