Compression cam latch K0528.1709161
Note:
Compression cam latches are used predominantly on doors and housings that require a high sealing pressure. Can be used on the right or left. The closing stroke is always performed clockwise.
Mounting:
In a Ø25 mm bore, a notch is made for the retaining pin. The latch is inserted through the hole. To slide over and fasten the nut, the tongue must be in the end position and in the middle of the recess.
On request:
Waterproof version in stainless steel A2 in accordance with IP65.
Functions:
When the drive is turned clockwise, the tongue is rotated by 90° and brought into the closing position. When turned again, the tongue is tightened via the thread in the axial position, thereby increasing the pressure. The latch is unlocked by turning to the left. In doing so, the tongue is opened by positive locking in the end position, which also ensures safe opening on glued seals.
The variable clamping stroke is 7 mm. The clamping range between 9-44 mm is covered by 7 bent tongues (dimension A).
Supplied fully assembled.
