Status monitoring sensors with bracket are used to detect the actuation status of quick-action clamps.
The sensor detects whether the clamp is open or closed, enabling this information to be processed electronically.
The sensor is fixed to the clamp by means of a bracket.

The condition sensor and bracket are supplied disassembled.
Mounting:
The condition monitoring sensor is fixed on the nuts on the bracket and adjusted to the dimension L1.
The bracket is fixed with the screws of the quick-action clamp through the through holes between the pedestal and the mounting surface.
Fine adjustment of the switching point is carried out during assembly of the clamp.
