Protective plug-in elements have been specially designed for tightening and loosening screw connections with sensitive surfaces. With standard tools, damage to the surfaces can occur as early as the first tightening of the polished screws, creating dead zones that prevent easy and effective cleaning.
Protective plug-in elements ensure both tightening and loosening without damaging screw connections with an external contour. The soft aluminium does not cause scratches or other damage to sensitive surfaces. When used correctly, the protective plug-in elements have a service life of approximately 1000 cycles.
In addition, the protective plug-in elements reliably prevent the risk of contact corrosion in the threaded connection made of stainless steel. Due to the projecting contours, even accidental points of contact between the wrench and the stainless steel screw are largely excluded.
Thanks to the special shape and a resilient locking element, the protective plug-in elements are firmly fixed in the respective key holder. Automatic dropping out of the receptacle is not possible. Worn protective plug-in elements are replaced manually.
