Thanks to the extremely low design of the hexagon eccentric clamping screws, various clamping problems can be solved in the field of fixture and apparatus construction. The brass clamping nut secures workpieces very firmly and safely, without damaging the material. By using several cam clamps, even entire pallets can be equipped.

For clamping, clockwise rotation is recommended. The hexagon socket of the screw must be on the right after clamping. (Screw the eccentric screw in until it stops, then turn it back one revolution.)

"A" = Distance from the workpiece to the thread centre (clamping screw).

Clamping process:
1. Screw in the eccentric screw as far as possible.
2. Then turn the eccentric screw back by one turn.
3. Insert the workpiece.
4. To clamp the workpiece, turn the eccentric screw clockwise. (The hexagon socket of the eccentric screw must be on the right after tightening).
