Note:
The hardened serrated ring is suitable for clamping raw parts (castings and forgings).
Not designed for clamping hardened material with the specified torque.

For clamping, clockwise rotation is recommended. The hexagon socket of the screw must be on the right after tightening. (Tighten the eccentric screw until it stops, then turn it back one revolution).

"A" = Distance from the workpiece to the thread centre (tension screw).

Notched rings are gold anodised, but in some cases can also be silver anodised.

Operating principle:
Clamping process:
1. Screw in the eccentric screw as far as possible.
2. Then turn the eccentric screw back by one turn.
3. Insert the workpiece.
4. To clamp the workpiece, turn the eccentric clamping screw clockwise.
(The hexagon socket of the eccentric screw must be on the right after tightening).
