Note:
Electromagnets are operated with direct current. This generates a magnetic field in the core through the coil. After the voltage is switched off, the force field disappears again.
Electromagnets are fastened using the threads on the rear. The electrical connection is made via free wires.
The clamping forces specified may be lower, depending on the material thickness and the surface roughness of the material.
For D = 15, the electromagnet has only the large thread in the centre.
Application:
Electromagnets are used to hold, support and clamp ferromagnetic workpieces.
