Depending on the material to be embossed, standard embossing jaws (up to 35 HRC) or high-performance embossing jaws (up to 45 HRC) can be used

Note:
The wear of the engraving jaws can be checked with the test blocks. If they are heavily worn, secure clamping can no longer be guaranteed.
Mounting:
Step 1: loosen the screws (3) and place the engraving jaw (1) on the main body (6).
Step 2: fasten the engraving jaw (1) to the linear guide carriages (2) or to the engraving carriages. Check that the engraving jaw (1) is being guided securely over the centre.
Step 3: press the engraving jaw (1) against the main body (6) and fasten the engraving jaw (1) firmly to the linear guide carriage (2) or to the engraving carriage using the screws (5).
Step 4: press the plate (4) against the main body (6) and fasten it firmly to the engraving jaw (1) using the screws (3)
