Note:
The lateral mounting holes serve to attach stops for workpieces.
The two mounting holes in the clamping surfaces allow additional clamping rails to be fitted in order to achieve an ideal clamping depth of the parts.
Application:
The DS fixed jaws are positioned on the clamping rails according to the clamping situation. A form-fit connection is achieved, via the toothed surface, by tightening the clamping screw. Fixed jaws with two clamping screws are preferably used for machining processes with higher forces.
Advantages:
The positions of the fixed stops can be adjusted precisely using the lateral scale on the rails and fixed jaws.
