PAK2606.4515
Flat bar magnet lateral hole 45X15X5, NdFeB, Components: steel
Estimated delivery: On request
Material:
Steel U-profile.
NdFeB (neodymium) magnet.
Version:
Nickel-plated U-profile.
Note:
The magnet is bonded into the U-profile. The gripping surface is touched only by the bars. In this way, the magnet remains protected in the U-profile.
Due to its long, narrow shape, in addition to its high holding force, the flat bar magnet provides anti-rotation protection.
The flat bar magnet is preferably recessed and installed in grooves. Mounting is carried out simply through the lateral holes. Due to the lateral mounting, the screw does not load the magnetic core.
Neodymium-iron-boron magnets have an extremely high magnetic force. Please handle these raw magnets with extreme care.
• High risk of crushing: larger magnets in particular can cause significant crushing of fingers or hands when they come together.
• Brittle material: neodymium-iron-boron is a very hard but brittle material. Magnets can break or chip easily in the event of impact, falling or uncontrolled collision.
• Sharp fragments: when breaking, pieces with sharp edges are frequently formed, which can fragment further. It is therefore recommended to wear safety goggles during handling.
• Risk of sudden impact: when two magnets meet uncontrolled, the brittle material can shatter explosively.
Temperature range:
max. 80 °C.
