Note:
The clamping pins are a flexible system for secure and powerful clamping of workpieces with regular and irregular outer contours.

They can be mounted on coordinate tables with T-slots or directly in a threaded hole. The clamping pins serve as both support and stop.

The clamping pins are available in heights of 50 and 80 mm. The clamping area is 5–25 mm. By means of extensions, the clamping area (clamping range) can be increased to 20–40 mm or 40–60 mm. The brass clamping ring prevents marks on the workpiece.

The clamping screw and the extension must be ordered separately.
Mounting:
The positioning and fixing of the clamping pins is carried out by means of a central screw.

Position the clamping pin (without clamping screw) on the coordinate table. Then tighten the screw in the centre with a hexagon key. The clamping screw inserted subsequently from above clamps the workpiece firmly and securely.
