Note:
The floating support is used to clamp and support protruding clamping points on components. Prevents vibrations and deflection during machining.
Operating mode:
1. Press the floating clamp down.
2. Turn the jaws until they reach the stop. The floating jaws of the floating clamp must now be in contact with the underside of the workpiece.
3. Tighten the floating clamp with the hexagon nut (observe the minimum and maximum torque). During clamping, the workpiece is clamped and supported at the same time.
4. To loosen, carry out the procedure in the reverse order.
Mounting:
Set the height range and the angle of rotation and fasten the floating clamp to the bracket using the holes (D1).
When setting the height, a generous margin upwards must be taken into account.
Form B: for special clamping applications, the standard jaw can be modified or replaced.
