Gateway, Relay outputs

The gateway forms the interface between the indexing plungers with condition sensor or the Bluetooth module for Smart Products and a machine control system. Via the wireless network, it receives the signal from the indexing plungers or the Bluetooth modules and emits a binary output signal, readable by the machine control, to the relay switching outputs.
This makes it possible to transmit the operating states of up to 6 indexing plungers or Bluetooth modules. For additional visualisation, a mobile end device can be connected to the gateway.

The integrated control panel with keys and LEDs also allows, in addition to switching the indexing plungers or Bluetooth modules on and off, monitoring of the radio connection, the actuation status and the battery charge.

Application:
The gateway is used to integrate the indexing plungers with condition sensor into machines and equipment. Through the connection between the gateway and the machine control, the operating states of the indexing plungers can be displayed, checked and used for process control.

On support rails in accordance with IEC 60715.
