The thermoplastic sealing ring in the Hygienic DESIGN model was developed specially for use in combination with hexagon screw K1647 or hexagon nut K1648. We attached great importance to optimising the geometry for cleaning procedures, as well as to a roughness of Ra ≤ 0,8 µm.
Sealing rings are made from plastic granulate in compliance with EU10/2011 regulations and FDA.
