Hygienic USIT® mushroom-head button D=M04 D1=20 stainless steel 1.4404, Polished, Tall collar
Estimated delivery: On request
Material:
Stainless steel parts 1.4404.
Version:
highly polished part.
Order example:
K1308.2004
Note:
Thanks to its high collar, the mushroom-head button is ideal for manual pulling and pushing movements.
The surface is fully polished to a high gloss and has a roughness depth well below Ra 0,8 μm. The contour is manufactured with generous radii, transitions and roundings. Regardless of the mounting position in which the mushroom-head knob is installed, there will be virtually no adhesion of dirt and residues from the product or cleaning agents. This ensures easy cleaning.
To seal the screw connection, Hygienic USIT® sealing rings and washers from Freudenberg Process are used. The shank of the mushroom-head button has been specially adapted for this type of seal. The result is a seal of the screw connection that is practically free of dead zones and meets hygiene requirements.
On request:
Inch thread, thread depth, shape variants.
Accessories:
Hygienic USIT® sealing ring and washer K1491 for screw-fastened surfaces.
