Indexing plungers are used when it is necessary to prevent a change in the locking position due to lateral forces. It is only possible to move to another locking position after the pin has been disengaged manually.
If the disengagement is carried out over a longer period of time and the guided locking pin must not return, form C or form D should be used.

The actuation status of the indexing plunger with condition sensor can be recorded electronically and processed further.
