Magnetic tape, incremental coded scale 4000X10 magnetic plastic tape

Material:
Magnetic strip in plastic.
Lower (protective) strip in steel.
Upper (protective) strip in stainless steel.
Version:
Incrementally coded measuring scale.
Pole length: 5 mm.
Order example:
K1663.010X1000
Note:
Simple adhesive mounting, with the option of in-house fabrication.
The required strap length is calculated as follows:
Required stroke + sensor length “L” + (2x required reading, entry and exit “B”).
L = see the drawing of the sensor used.
B = 10 mm (input value + output value).
Temperature range:
- Ambient temperature -20…70 °C
- Storage temperature -40…70 °C
Mounting:
Mounting is carried out by means of a pre-fitted double-sided adhesive and must be performed in accordance with the user information.
On request:
Other lengths of 0,1…100 m, in increments of 0,1 m.
Observe:
Relative humidity 100%. Condensation permitted.
Technical data:
- Coefficient of thermal expansion (11 ± 1) x 10-6/K (spring steel)
Drawing note:
1) Upper band (protection) A = 0,176 mm
2) Magnetic strip M = 1,0 mm
3) Lower band (protection) T = 0,3 mm
4) Adhesive K = 0,1 mm
5) Required band length = desired stroke + L + 2 X B
6) Desired stroke
