Metal-detectable control and operating devices are made of plastic granulate in compliance with EU10/2011 and the FDA.
Thanks to special additional substances contained in the plastic granulate, metal detectors (induction technology) can detect particles from 0.027 cm³ (3x3x3 mm) of plastic fragments. This means that in sensitive production areas, such as food processing, it is possible to identify plastic fragments from detectable metal parts and to significantly reduce the risk of production failures or complaints.

Note:
The metal-detectable additive can cause partial colour deviations of the plastic surface.

The screw-in dimension “A” is valid after the handle has been fitted. In the unassembled state, it may show a deviation due to bending stress.
