Note:
Multiple clamping systems can be fastened via several interfaces.
1. Lateral clamping edge for clamp set. The clamps can be fixed in any position.
2. Through holes for cylinder head screws according to DIN.
3. Locating bores of Ø25 mm for common zero-point clamping systems with system spacing of 200 mm.
4. Locating bores of Ø16 mm for zero-point clamping systems with system spacing of 96 mm.
5. Three alignment slots with 18H7 for longitudinal and transverse alignment on tables with T-slots.
6. Fitting bores of Ø12F7 and Ø16F7 for modular clamping systems with hole distance of 40 and 50 mm.

Three different versions are available:
- Multiple clamping system for double-sided clamping wedge with stainless steel fixed jaw / K1828.
- Multiple clamping system for double-sided clamping wedge with fixed jaw DS / K1829.
- Multiple clamping system for single-sided clamping wedge with fixed jaw ES / K1830.
Application:
Several multiple clamping systems of different lengths can be mounted one behind the other or side by side. The precision serration allows very precise positioning of the fixed jaws. Thanks to the lateral scale on the T-slot clamping rails, each position of the fixed jaws can be documented and set identically when repeated. Stops can be mounted in the lateral threaded holes. When the clamping screw on the clamping wedges is actuated, the clamping segments move and press the workpieces against the fixed jaws.
