Note:
In addition to visual control, the oil level indicators can emit an electrical signal when the temperature of the liquid inside the container reaches the threshold of 70 °C.
Temperature monitoring is carried out by means of a temperature switch (bimetallic). When the specified temperature is reached, the electrical circuit is closed (NO) or opened (NC) by the sensor, depending on the model.
The sight glass consists of two transparent components, ultrasonically welded after assembly, ensuring a complete seal.
The maximum pressure corresponds to 1 bar. Tightening torque of the fixing screws 5 Nm.
The sight glass has good mechanical resistance and is compatible with mineral oil, petrol, lubricants, kerosene, solvents and most chemical agents. Avoid contact with alcoholic solutions and hot water.
Temperature range:
Maximum operating temperature: 75 °C.
Mounting:
The oil level indicator is fixed by two threaded holes M12 or, alternatively, by two holes of Ø 12,2 mm (± 0,2 mm) with flange nuts. Centre distance of the mounting holes = L1 ±0,3.
