PAK2482.01004035
Permanent electromagnet, Rectangular, B=40, L=100, L2=35 steel
Estimated delivery: On request
Material:
Steel housing.
Coil body in plastic.
Permanent magnet hard ferrite or NdFeB.
Note:
Permanent electromagnets can hold workpieces in place permanently. When current (direct current) is applied, the coil in the core neutralises the magnetic field or can increase the clamping force (depending on the direction of the current). After switching off, the effect is cancelled again.
Permanent electromagnets are fastened using the threads on the rear. The electrical connection is made via a DIN valve connector in accordance with EN 175301-803 (formerly DIN 43650). The pins are installed to hold the wires directly. Pin 1 indicates the positive pole (+) and pin 2 the negative pole (-).
The clamping forces specified may be lower, depending on the material thickness and the surface roughness of the material.
Application:
Permanent electromagnets are used to hold, support and clamp ferromagnetic parts. Especially when long holding periods without energy consumption are required.
Technical data:
Voltage: 24V DC.
Protection class: up to IP 65.
Temperature range: up to 180 °C (insulation class H).
Operating time: 10%.
