Note:
The pneumatically actuated multi-shape clamp consists of a clamping body and a clamping collet.
The clamping body can be screwed onto fixtures according to the mounting dimensions.

Clamping process:
The clamping collet is opened by applying compressed air to the “open” connection point.
The clamping collet closes (clamping process) by applying compressed air at the “close” connection. The pneumatic connections can be screwed in from the underside or from the side.
When connecting air from the underside, make sure that the lateral pneumatic connections are closed.

Machining of the clamping collets for external clamping: the counter-mould of the workpiece to be clamped is inserted into the clamping collet.
Free-form surfaces and asymmetrical contours can be clamped.
The simple and easy exchange of the collet allows different workpieces to be clamped quickly and securely.
The clamping jaw can be milled down to height H2.
In this way, various contours of the workpiece can be machined directly into the collet.

The radial clamping stroke of the clamping collet corresponds to 0,15 mm per clamping segment.
To avoid damage to the clamping collet, do not actuate the fixture without the workpiece or clamping ring.
The operating air pressure range must remain between 0,45 and 0,55 MPa.
The clamping forces refer to 0,5 MPa.
