Press-fit guide bush with condition sensor, PNP normally open contact, D=5, M12X1, 5, Form B with thread and

Locating bushes form an engagement point for operating and plug-in devices, in which they engage securely and precisely.

In locating bushes with condition sensor, a variable adjustable sensor is located in the bush. It enables electronic checking of whether a pin is present in the locating bush.
When several bushes are used, it is possible to identify in which of them the operating or plug-in element is located.
Material:
Steel or stainless steel locating bush 1.4034.
Stainless steel sensor.
Brass clamping nut.

Version:
Locating bush:
Hardened and burnished steel.
Hardened stainless steel with untreated surface.

Sensor with untreated surface.
Nickel-plated clamping nut.
Note:
Adapted to retaining parts for mounting bracket K0638.
The condition sensor and clamping nut are supplied disassembled.
Maximum tightening torque of the clamping nut: 1,2 Nm.
Application:
Locating bushes with status sensor enable operation-dependent process control. In addition, it is possible to ensure that the operating and plug-in device is in the desired location.
For example, for format adjustment on packaging machines.
Mounting:
The sensor is fixed in the bush by means of the clamping nut and set axially. When the clamping nut is tightened, the sensor is finally secured.

The detailed procedure is described in the assembly instructions.
