Note:
1. First, place the workpiece on the workpiece support base or on the tensioning screw of the toggle clamp, which compresses the internal spring and pulls the tensioning screw into the main body.
2. Position the threaded hole in the workpiece above the tensioning screw.
The tip of the tension screw is lightly pressed into the threaded hole by the spring pressure.
3. When the actuating element is operated, the tensioning screw turns into the threaded hole of the workpiece and clamps it.
For automated actuation, for example by impact wrenches with adjustable torque, a maximum of 50% of the specified maximum clamping torque or the specified maximum clamping force may be used for opening and tightening.
