Quarter-turn latch 1/4 cross-slotted head, Zinc-plated steel, L1=20, 65
Estimated delivery: On request
Material:
Steel.
Version:
zinc-plated part.
Note:
Quarter-turn latches for securely holding and closing flaps, container lids, machine covers and other similar objects. The latch is closed and opened by a rotation of 90°. The cross pin in the locking pin moves over a cam in the latch and thus secures the spring. At the end point of the curve, there is a small countersink in which the cross pin engages. The pretension force of the latch, generated by the spring, ensures that the connection remains closed and vibration-resistant.
All components of the locking system (locking pin, retaining washer and latch lock) are captively connected to the cover or frame.
Operation is carried out by means of a cross slot.
The quarter-turn latch always consists of a 1/4-turn latch, a retaining washer and a latch catch.
Mounting:
A 8 mm hole is made through the cover; the pin with cross pin is inserted and secured from the rear with the retaining washer. A central bore of 13 mm and two fixing holes are made in the frame in accordance with the
drilling template of the underside.
Accessories:
Retaining washers K1731.
Lower housing parts for locking K1732.
Technical data:
Maximum tensile force of 1300 N.
