Receiving bushes form an engagement point for rotary-actuated ball lock pins, in which they engage securely and precisely.

In receiving bushes for condition sensor, a clamping nut for fixing a Ø3 sensor in the bush is provided.
The sensor allows electronic checking of whether the rotary-actuated ball lock pin is locked.
When several bushes are used, it is possible to identify in which of them the ball lock pin is located.
Material:
Steel or stainless steel receiving bush 1.4305.
Brass clamping nut.

Note:
The clamping nut is supplied unassembled.
Maximum tightening torque of the clamping nut: 1,2 Nm.
Application:
Receiving bushes with status sensor enable operation-dependent process control. In addition, it is possible to ensure that the ball lock pin or the quick-release pin is in the desired location.
Mounting:
The sensor is fixed in the bush by means of the clamping nut and set axially. When the clamping nut is tightened, the sensor is finally secured.
