When producing a hydraulic or pneumatic unit, the process requires, among other things, auxiliary bores in order to accurately insert all the channels needed for the respective application in the workpiece. These auxiliary bores must be sealed again in an absolutely leak-tight manner to ensure that the component works perfectly in future and can withstand extremely high pressures.

Sealing plugs are used for the safe, quick and economical sealing of holes in fluid technology, for example for sealing auxiliary holes in hydraulic units.
These components are supplied with a serrated bush that expands when the ball is pressed in, expands the component until the bore is sealed and anchors itself in the base material. This creates a firm metallic seal that can withstand the highest pressure.
Suitable for base materials with low to medium hardness.
Assembly is generally carried out by hand using a fitting punch.
