The clamping height can be increased with height cylinders (K0018) as well as reduced with self-aligning ball supports (K0282) on articles K1231.12 to K1231.14 and K1231.22 to K1231.24. Seat clamps offer the following advantages:
- Quick, manual clamping by means of a threaded spindle and helical eccentric locking disc.
- Quick and easy part change by swivelling the clamp out.
- The compact version requires less space when performing the clamping task.
- Simple adaptation to large clamping heights by using height support cylinders.
Toggle clamps can be fastened in two ways:
1) In a T-slot.
2) With the threaded pin M12 directly in the plate, e.g. of a device.
