Ball in polyurethane, hardness 60° Shore.
Note:
Support devices with self-aligning ball are used for supporting and clamping unmachined workpieces
and machined.
In addition, they serve as stops, supports and locating elements for heavy fixtures and in tool manufacture.

The balls are protected against rotation.

Form P: the polyurethane surface is firmly vulcanised onto the ball. Cannot come loose or lose its colour. Provides optimised protection against damage to sensitive surfaces. The pearl-like surface allows high holding forces and air passage, so that no vacuum effect occurs between the contact surface and the support devices with self-aligning ball.
Advantages:
An integrated O-ring holds the ball and prevents dirt and external particles from entering, thus ensuring smooth movement.
