Embossing technology is used to prepare workpieces (up to 45 HRC) outside the machine tool with a defined contour for clamping in the clamping and centring element in SOLIDGrip bores. This ensures positive-locking closure in the clamping device! This process ensures maximum clamping forces, optimum accessibility, material savings and maximum process reliability. The ideal engraving depth is reached when the engraving image shown above appears on the workpiece after the engraving process. The workpiece can then be clamped in the SOLIDGrip without any further preparation.
