Note:
The T-slot clamping rails can be fastened via several interfaces.
1. Lateral clamping edge for clamp set. The clamps can be fixed in any position.
2. Through holes for cylinder head screws according to DIN.
3. Locating bores of Ø25H6 mm for common zero-point clamping systems with system spacing of 100 mm.
4. Locating bores of Ø16H6 mm for zero-point clamping systems with system spacing of 96 mm.
5. Three alignment slots with 18H7 on tables with T-slots.
6. Fitting bores of Ø12F7 and Ø16F7 for modular clamping systems with hole spacing of 40 mm and 50 mm.
Application:
Several T-slot clamping rails of different lengths can be mounted in sequence or in parallel. The precision toothed surface allows precise positioning of the fixed jaws. Thanks to the lateral scale, each position of the jaws can be documented and set identically when repeated. Stops can be mounted in the lateral threaded holes.
Advantages:
Universal and flexible.
For small and large batch sizes.
It is also possible to clamp large components on several clamping rails side by side.
