Threaded bush D=M16 L=18 hardened steel

Material:
Hardened steel.
Version:
quenched and tempered to 1100-1300 N/mm².

Note:
Mounting instructions for replacing threaded bushes.

Use of threaded bushes and adjusting bushes:
1. Remove the grease from the threaded bush and the adjusting bush.
2. Apply adhesive (Loctite 638) to the bore.
3. Apply adhesive (Loctite 638) to the threaded bush and screw it in.
4. Apply adhesive (Loctite 638) to the adjusting bush and insert it. If the adjusting bush cannot be inserted by hand, use an assembly tool as shown in the application example.
5. Before curing takes place, remove any adhesive residue that escapes when inserting the threaded bush and the adjusting bush.
