The clamping force of threaded locking pins with an integrated reinforcing element for increased clamping force can be significantly higher than that of standard threaded locking pins.

In addition, this product can also be used by people with limited manual strength (for example, in the rehabilitation sector), so that they can achieve comparable clamping forces with minimal effort. Less manual force is also required to release the tensioned threaded locking pins.

The increase in tensioning force is achieved by the integrated axial bearing, which generates very low surface friction on the fixed contact surface during clamping.

Due to the large fixed support surface, the clamped component is permanently protected.

Threaded locking pins are used for quick and easy fastening, connecting and securing of components.

The threaded segments can be unlocked by pressing the push button, and the thread locking screw can be inserted into or removed from the threaded hole. When the push button is released, the threaded segments lock securely.

Maximum tightening torque of 5 Nm.

The prerequisite for application is a gauge-accurate threaded hole with appropriate material strength.

Mounting:
1. Press the button and hold it down.
2. Insert the threaded locking pin.
3. Release the button (the button must be back in the initial position).
4. Tighten the threaded locking pin by hand as required.
5. Make sure that the threaded segments are engaged in the receiving thread.

Disassembly:
1. Unscrew the threaded locking pin by approximately a quarter turn counter-clockwise.
2. Press the button and hold it down.
3. Remove the threaded locking pin.
4. Release the button.
