Note:
Eccentric clamping screws with clamping levers can be used in various ways for tool-free clamping. Thanks to the integrated clamping lever, many elements can be fastened within seconds. The hardened serrated ring is suitable for clamping raw parts (castings and forgings).
Not designed for clamping hardened material with the specified torque. By using several cam clamps with clamping lever, even entire pallets can be equipped.
For clamping, clockwise rotation is recommended. The mark on the eccentric clamp must be on the right after tensioning. (Tighten the eccentric screw until it stops, then turn it back one revolution.)
"S" = distance from the workpiece to the thread centre (tension screw).
Mounting:
Clamping process:
1 Screw in the eccentric screw as far as the stop.
2. Then turn the eccentric screw back by one turn.
3. Insert the workpiece.
4. To clamp the workpiece, turn the eccentric screw clockwise. (The mark on the cam clamp must be on the right after tightening).
