Note:
The lateral mounting holes serve to attach stops for workpieces.
The two mounting holes in the clamping surfaces allow additional clamping rails to be fitted in order to achieve an ideal clamping depth of the parts.
Application:
The ES (stainless steel) fixed jaws are positioned on the clamping rails according to the clamping situation. A form-fit connection is achieved via the toothed surface by tightening the clamping screw. In this way, high clamping forces of the clamping elements can be achieved. Thanks to the narrow design of the fixed jaw in ES, it is particularly suitable for clamping smaller parts in larger quantities. This allows low-cost machining of even larger series.
Advantages:
The positions of the fixed stops can be adjusted precisely using the lateral scale on the rails and fixed jaws.
