Telescopic slide L=150 19, 5X22, Full extension S=150, Untreated stainless steel, Lateral mounting, 1
Estimated delivery: On request
Telescopic slides are ideal for applications up to 15 kg and offer full extension, allowing easy access to the rear of the drawer. With a track thickness of 19,5 mm, it is ideal for confined spaces. Made of high-quality stainless steel, the slide is corrosion-resistant and operates at temperatures from -80 °C to +500 °C, making it ideal for refrigerators, ovens and high-temperature industrial applications. It is also manufactured from food-safe materials and meets all food safety standards.
Material:
Rails in stainless steel 1.4301.
Ball cages in stainless steel 1.4301.
Balls in stainless steel 1.4034.
Version:
Rails with untreated surface.
Ball cages with untreated surface.
Balls with untreated surface.
Ordering note:
Sold in pairs.
Note:
In telescopic slides with full extension, the stroke is similar to the mounting length, ensuring greater comfort and accessibility. In an application with full extension stroke, the dynamic load capacity of the telescopic slides specifies the maximum load-bearing capacity of a telescopic pair mounted vertically. The specified load capacities were calculated with a rail spacing of 450 mm and refer to the maximum value at 10.000 cycles.
In horizontal mounting, the load capacity is 75% lower.
Fastening screws must not exceed a head height of 3 mm and a head diameter of 8 mm, otherwise there is a risk of collision with other rail components.
The rails are supplied with a blue protective film, which must be removed before use.
Temperature range:
-80 °C to +500 °C.
Possible discolouration of the surface above 300 °C.
Mounting:
During installation, the centre rail must be positioned so that the access hole matches the position of the screw.
