Telescopic slide L=1550 35X80, Full extension S=1550, Fp=626, Zinc-plated steel, Components: stainless steel

Heavy-duty telescopic slides have been developed to withstand extreme stresses in high-load applications. They stand out for their maximum mechanical strength. Its innovative double-T intermediate element safely absorbs enormous forces, while the large stainless steel balls and a robust ball cage ensure smooth, easy movement over the long term, even under full load. The system minimises any deflection and ensures stable and precise movement of the supported components. In this way, the slide demonstrates ideal performance in the safe extraction of heavy battery compartments in trains and electric vehicles, and also facilitates the handling of bulky loads. In industrial automation, it allows robots to grip and position heavy components precisely. In civil protection and rescue vehicles too, it ensures that heavy technical equipment is quickly ready for use and jam-free in emergency situations.

Ordering note:
Sold individually.
Note:
With telescopic slides with full extension, the stroke is approximately equal to the installation length, which ensures more comfort and accessibility. The dynamic load capacity of the telescopic slides indicates the maximum load supported by a pair of vertically mounted telescopic slides when the full extension stroke is used. The stated load capacities were determined with a rail spacing of 500 mm and refer to the maximum value after 18.000 cycles.

In horizontal mounting, the load capacity per pair is 81% lower.

The installation width between the body and the drawer must be 35 mm +0,2 mm to +0,5 mm for the rail thickness.

It is recommended to use the telescopic slide with screws M10 of minimum strength 8.8 and a thread depth of 12 mm. To achieve the stated load capacity, all fastening positions must be used.
Temperature range:
-20 °C to +110 °C.
Accessories:
K2097 steel knobs with locking unit.
